Ivan is working with developers, Hanbury Properties in seeking planning permission for 500 residential units comprising apartments and houses together with 14,000 sq m of non-residential floor space including retail, café/restaurant, a children’s nursery, offices and a health and fitness centre at Shopwyke to the south-east of Chichester, West Sussex.

Ivan has developed the Sustainability and Energy Strategies to ensure the proposals meet national, regional and local planning policies.

The site incorporates renewable technologies, which will produce over 10% of the total site energy.
